Colin Farrell and Christine Milioti talk about how they got used to the characters while filming Penguin
Story
Following the events of Batman (2022), Oz Cobb, aka The Penguin, is trying to take control of Gotham’s underworld. Colin Farrell fought hard for his version of The Penguin to smoke tobacco in Batman (2022), but to no avail. However, in his own series, the character is depicted as a casual tobacco user who prefers cigars.

Colin Farrell did for The Penguin what Heath Ledger did for The JokerGAME CHANGING!
SKILL! LEGEND!! I wouldn’t have thought he would apply to this role, but Colin Farrell gave the best performance of his career with an incredible interpretation of the Penguin.

He will go down in history as Heath Ledger’s Joker changed this character. If he doesn’t get a Golden Globe, SAG Awards and all, then no one will be able to appreciate how the producers, writers and incredible makeup team helped Colin Turing make this incredible performance, which will become a hallmark of his career and the reference role of the Penguin for the next 3 generations.
